Our handling times is same day shipping from Monday through Friday before 4PM PST. This is due to the time it takes to receive and process your order, as well as our commitment to ensuring that each item is carefully inspected before it leaves the warehouse.

Our shipping times can take anywhere from 1-3 business days Monday through Saturday before the order arrives to your doorsteps. In addition to our expedited delivery, we offer free shipping on all orders.

We currently offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS and FedEx. We offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time.

At this time, we only ship within the United States, Canada and Mexico. We do not offer international shipping anywhere else, nor do we ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package and receive real-time updates on its delivery status.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tmgamerica.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
